1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShopeSmart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
ShopeSmart is an online marketplace for shop items, rental properties, and service bookings. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or listing.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Philippine laws.
- Not post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited listings.
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Platform operations.
3. Listings & Transactions
ShopeSmart acts as a venue connecting buyers, renters, and service seekers with sellers and providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items or services. Transactions are between the parties involved, and ShopeSmart is not liable for disputes arising from them.
4. Payments
Payments processed through the Platform (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery, etc.) are subject to the terms of those payment providers. ShopeSmart does not store payment credentials and is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Account Termination
ShopeSmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and code are owned by ShopeSmart. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant ShopeSmart a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
